How We Started

Morning Breeze HealthCare, Inc. and Morning Breeze Endowment Fund are committed to reducing our environmental and carbon footprint and taking the lead as a health service entity to address the issues of climate change and global warming. A healthy environment reflects the health of the community. The impact of global warming and climate change is at the forefront for majority of climate-conscious establishments, governments, and global citizens.

How is it Going

We welcome the New Year 2024 with a renewed sense of enthusiasm amidst the *VUCA realities that we all faced as a collective society. *Volatile, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity. Amidst these uncertainties, we are very excited to announce with great pride that Morning Breeze HealthCare, Inc., is officially accepted into the Net-Zero Challenge with a proof of “Confirmation of Participation Letter,” signed by, John Moffet, Assistant Deputy Minister, Environment and Climate Change Canada, dated January 04, 2024.Net-Zero Challenge 2050 “initiated by the Government of Canada though Environment and Climate Change Canada.” We joined a growing lists of one hundred and fifty five plus (155+) and counting reputable Canadian companies who joined the Net-Zero Challenge. At Morning Breeze HealthCare, we provide a holistic approach to meeting the complex needs of individuals, families and communities. Today, just as there are many healthy individuals, there are also people with complex health needs; and an aging population that is living longer and requires a more specialized approach to care.
The Covid-19 pandemic has drastically changed the way people live, work and interact with each other; and will continue to alter the way we live our lives for years to come. Morning Breeze HealthCare is responding to these changes by offering health services that will provide excellent outcomes and
improved patient safety. The main focus of the services we provide is to fill the gap caused by healthcare shortages in a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care, personal care homes and in private homes. We are here for you.

Specialized Dementia Care

Morning Breeze HealthCare understands that working with people suffering with Alzheimer’s disease, Dementia and other special behaviours requires a specialized skillset. That is why all of our staff is trained to work with our Alzheimer, Dementia and special behaviour clients with care and compassion. Each of our clients is treated as an individual with unique needs.

Health Care Staffing Solutions

The main focus of Morning Breeze HealthCare is to provide Supplemental healthcare staffing solutions, as needed, to hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, personal care homes, and other healthcare facilities. Our independent contractors include, Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Healthcare Aides (HCA) and Personal Support Workers (PSW).

Home Health, Care Services

Morning Breeze HealthCare provides all the support our clients need to continue living happily and safely within their own homes for as long as possible. We provide a free Home Health Assessment to determine the nature of the support that will be required. Studies have shown that, with the proper support, people live longer, fuller lives in their own homes. Morning Breeze HealthCare is here to provide that support.

Northern Travel Nursing

Do you have a healthcare need in Northern Manitoba or beyond. Morning Breeze HealthCare provides young, adventurous, professional healthcare workers, who are willing and able to travel to remote areas of our great country to share their experience and expertise with those who need it.
