As part of our commitment to Net-Zero Emissions, our governance structure is guided by the following:
-
Net-zero planning and emissions reduction are embedded within our organization’s corporate governance framework through defined executive oversight, accountability, and decision-making processes.
-
Senior management is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of our Net-Zero Plan, including emissions measurement, target-setting, and compliance reporting.
-
Climate and emissions considerations are integrated into core business processes such as strategic planning, capital investments, procurement, operations, and technology adoption, and are assessed alongside financial, operational, and regulatory factors to inform business decisions.
-
Progress toward emissions reduction targets is reviewed periodically by senior leadership to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational objectives and federal net-zero requirements and compliance.
